Our studio is at Studio 1, Winners2000, Aspen Way, Paignton TQ4 7QR, inside the Winners2000 gym. You are welcome to pop in and meet face to face. We look after businesses across Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Newton Abbot and Exeter, as well as clients further afield across the UK.

Yes, both. WordPress suits brochure and service websites and gives you full control over your content. Shopify is our choice for online shops where you sell products. We will guide you towards the one that fits your business.

Yes. WordPress and Shopify both have easy to use dashboards, so you can change text, images and products yourself. We are happy to show you how, and our Website Care plans are there if you would rather we looked after updates for you.

Yes, we can help with writing your content, finding images and laying out your pages so they are clear for your customers. Just let us know what you need and we will build it into your project together.

We are still here long after launch day. Our Website Care plans keep your site updated, secure and running smoothly, and we are always on hand for one off support whenever you need it.

Our web hosting is £140 a year, which works out at less than £12 a month. That includes fast UK based servers, an SSL certificate, email accounts, daily backups and friendly technical support from people you know.

Yes. Every hosting package includes a free SSL certificate, which secures your website with HTTPS. It helps visitors trust your site and helps your Google rankings too.

Yes, and there is no extra charge. We look after the whole move for you, transferring your files, databases and emails, testing everything carefully and switching over with zero downtime.

Yes, professional email accounts using your domain name are included in your hosting package. For example, yourname@yourbusiness.co.uk.

We monitor our servers around the clock. In the unlikely event of a problem, we get straight on it to bring your site back online. You can always call or message Steve directly, with no call centre in the way.

Yes. You keep your existing domain and simply point it to our servers. We will guide you through it, or happily look after it all for you.

Website Care is how we look after your WordPress website month after month. We keep your plugins, themes and WordPress core updated, run security scans, take regular backups and fix anything that crops up. Without regular updates, WordPress sites can become open to hacking and can break unexpectedly, so Website Care gives you real peace of mind.

We carry out updates and checks regularly, usually weekly or monthly depending on your plan. You will get a report showing what we updated and how your site is doing.

If your website is on one of our care plans and gets hacked, we will clean it up and restore it as a priority. Our regular security monitoring makes this far less likely to happen in the first place.

Yes, we would be glad to help. We look after WordPress websites whoever built them. As long as we can access your site, we can take over the care and get it into great shape.

We take full backups of your whole website, including all files and the database. Backups are stored safely offsite, so they can be restored quickly if anything goes wrong.

Yes, our care plans are flexible with no long term contracts. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

Small content updates, such as changing text or swapping images, are included in our higher tier plans. For bigger changes or new pages, we will happily give you a separate quote.

We have 6 screens in busy community venues across Torbay: Winners 2000 in Torquay, Winners 2000 in Paignton, Winners 2000 in Newton Abbot, Torquay Tennis Club, Brixham Cricket Club and Smokey Joes Restaurant in Torquay.

Screen advertising starts from £40 a month, or £300 a year if you pay annually. Every booking includes a free, professionally designed advert made by our own team, saving you up to £150.

No. Every booking includes a free advert designed by our team. Just tell us about your business, any offers you are running and any images or logos you have, and we will look after the rest.

Our screens are in venues with thousands of visitors every week. Choosing more than one screen helps your business become a familiar face in different parts of Torbay, seen again and again by local people.

Adverts play on a timed loop throughout the day across all the screens in your booking, so everyone who visits those venues during your campaign has the chance to see you.

You can choose one screen or any mix you like. We will give you honest advice on which locations suit your customers and your budget.

Once your booking is confirmed and we have the details for your advert, we can usually have you on screen within a few working days, including the design.

Yes. All our drone pilots hold the required CAA certification and are fully insured. We follow UK drone regulations closely, so you can book with peace of mind.

We are based in Torbay and cover the whole of Devon and the South West. For larger projects we can travel further too. Just ask Steve about your location.

We aim to deliver fully edited images and video within 48 to 72 hours of the shoot. For larger projects, such as full day shoots or detailed video edits, we will agree a timeline with you beforehand.

Yes. We offer car photography on location, at your dealership, a studio or an outdoor spot of your choice. We work in partnership with One Shot Photography to deliver professional automotive images.

We deliver high resolution JPEG files as standard. RAW files, web optimised versions and video in various formats are also available. Just let us know what you need when booking.

Yes. We can supply footage and images in sizes that suit Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms. Just let us know where you plan to share them.

Safety and image quality always come first. If conditions are not right for flying, we will rearrange at no extra charge. We keep a close eye on forecasts and will always talk to you in advance if there is any concern.
